Description

A lounge chair built around a squared teak frame with handwoven hyacinth panels in the seat and back. The frame is straight and unfussy, and the hyacinth adds a textured, slightly irregular detail that keeps the chair from reading as too clean or too designed. It belongs on a patio or under a pergola, somewhere with plants nearby.

 

The teak is solid Grade-A Indonesian and the cushions are Sunbrella over quick-dry foam. Hyacinth is a natural fiber, tightly woven and durable, and the cushions are removable for cleaning or storage.

The materials we chose

100% Grade-A Teak

Solid Grade-A Indonesian teak throughout, cut from the dense heartwood of the tree. No veneers, no softwood filler. The natural oils in the wood resist water, rot, and insects.

Quick-Dry Foam

Cushion cores are open-cell foam. Water passes straight through and drains out the bottom, so cushions air-dry after rain instead of staying wet.

Sunbrella® Fabric

Cushion covers are Sunbrella® solution-dyed acrylic. The color is locked into each fiber rather than printed on top, so it holds through years of sun without fading. Mildew resistant, stain resistant, and removable for washing.

Can I leave the cushions outside year‑round?

Our cushions use weather‑resistant fabrics and quick‑dry foam, but even the best outdoor materials benefit from care. During long periods of rain or heavy humidity we recommend storing cushions indoors or using our breathable protective covers.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes. We offer a 45‑day home trial. If your purchase is not right for your space, you can return eligible items in new condition within 45 days of delivery. Custom and outlet items are final sale. If something arrives damaged or defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost.

Can I use your furniture near a saltwater pool or oceanfront?

Yes. Our frames, hardware, and finishes are selected specifically for coastal performance. Grade‑A teak and powder‑coated aluminum perform very well in salt environments. Occasional rinsing with fresh water and applying a protective wax on metal surfaces will help maintain appearance.

Is your teak FSC certified?

Yes. Our teak is responsibly sourced from certified plantations in Central Java. We use only Grade‑A heartwood and verify that our partners follow strict sustainability and labor standards.
