45-day home trial
Every order comes with a 45-day home trial, starting the day your order is delivered. If a piece isn’t right for your space, you can return or exchange it within that period.
Starting a return or exchange
Email hello@fairleadoutdoor.com or call (305) 306-1058 with your order number, and tell us whether you’d like a return or an exchange. We arrange the pickup and confirm any fee before it is scheduled.
Return pickup fees
Return pickup costs the same as delivery:
- Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and the Florida Keys: free
- Rest of Florida: $399 for White Glove, $149 for Threshold
- The Panhandle and the rest of the continental US: $999 for White Glove, $299 for Threshold
Rugs and accessories return free with a prepaid UPS or FedEx label. Original delivery fees are not refunded.
Condition of returns
Returned items must be in like-new condition, with only normal wear. We inspect every return. If an item shows significant damage or excessive wear, or needs repair or replacement, we may charge a fee in proportion to its loss of value, up to its full retail price. If damage seriously affects resale, we may be unable to accept the return.
Refunds
Once a return passes inspection, we refund your original payment method within 10 business days and email you a confirmation.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, tell the delivery team right away and contact us. We will repair, replace or refund it.
Warehouse pickup
If you collect your order from our warehouse, inspect it before you leave. Once you accept it, we are not responsible for damage that happens in transport or handling after pickup.
