By purchasing from or accessing the Fairlead Outdoor website, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms clarify expectations, protect both the customer and Fairlead Outdoor, and comply with applicable Florida and U.S. laws. We may update these terms periodically. Order Acceptance

Fairlead Outdoor reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time due to product availability, pricing errors, suspicion of fraudulent transactions, or other valid reasons.

Order Cancellations

In-stock items can be canceled at any time before shipping. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and returns must follow our return policy. Custom orders are final once production begins.

Returns & Exchanges

Our generous return policy ensures your satisfaction. We offer free 45-day returns and exchanges for items in like-new condition. Proof of purchase is required.

  • You may return or exchange items for up to 45 days.
  • The 45-day period begins when your order is delivered.
  • Items must be returned in like-new condition for a full refund. If an item shows damage beyond reasonable inspection or wear that requires repair or replacement, a fee proportionate to the damage may apply, up to the item's full retail value, or we may be unable to accept the return.
  • Return or exchange shipping is free within South Florida. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after the item is received, inspected, and approved for refund. Fairlead Outdoor reserves the right to deny refunds for items that fail inspection or do not comply with our return policy.

Product Warranty

We provide a 5-year structural performance warranty on furniture frames, covering integrity and craftsmanship under normal residential use. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, fading, environmental weathering, acts of nature (storms, hurricanes), misuse, improper care, or commercial use.

Claims must be submitted in writing to support@fairleadoutdoor.com within the warranty period. Fairlead Outdoor reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund the original purchase price at our sole discretion.

Hurricane & Severe Weather Policy

Fairlead Outdoor furniture is designed to withstand coastal climates but cannot be guaranteed against damage from severe weather events, including hurricanes, named tropical storms, floods, or other natural disasters classified as extreme weather events. Customers are responsible for securing or relocating furniture indoors in anticipation of severe weather conditions. Damage resulting from hurricanes, named tropical storms, floods, or similar extreme weather events is explicitly excluded from our warranty and liability. Any claims arising from such severe weather events should be addressed directly through the customer's homeowner’s insurance policy.

Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fairlead Outdoor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your purchase, use, or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fairlead Outdoor, its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of products, violation of these terms, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

Shipping and Delivery

We offer services including but not limited to local white-glove delivery, warehouse pickup, and express courier services for smaller items. You acknowledge that Fairlead Outdoor is not responsible for delivery delays or additional costs arising from customer non-compliance, inaccurate information provided at checkout, building regulations, or access-related issues.

Storage Policy

We offer complimentary storage for 14 calendar days from the date your order is available for delivery. After 14 days, storage fees of $25 per day apply. Orders not scheduled for delivery after 30 days without customer communication may be returned to inventory, and applicable storage fees will be deducted from your refund.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by Florida law without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your relationship with Fairlead Outdoor shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. Both parties waive any objections to venue or personal jurisdiction in these courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These terms represent the complete agreement between you and Fairlead Outdoor and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and proposals.
