45-Day Return Period

We offer a straightforward 45-day return and exchange period starting from the day you receive your furniture. If for any reason your purchase isn't exactly what you expected, simply contact us within this period for assistance.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To begin a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team by email at support@fairleadoutdoor.com or by phone at (305)306-1058. Provide your order details and specify if you'd prefer a return or exchange. We'll guide you through each step, making the process seamless and efficient.

Return Shipping Fees

To maintain our high standards and competitive pricing, return shipping costs apply as follows:

  • South Florida Area (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach Counties & Florida Keys): $299 

  • Rest of Florida: $399

  • Nationwide (Continental U.S.): $499

Return shipping fees will be clearly communicated during the initiation of your return.

Conditions for Returns

Items eligible for return must be in like-new condition, with only normal wear and tear. Upon receiving your return, we perform a standard inspection. If an item shows significant damage, excessive wear, or requires repair or replacement, we reserve the right to apply a fee proportional to the item's loss of value, up to its full retail price. In exceptional cases where damage significantly affects resale potential, we may be unable to accept the return.

Please note, original delivery fees are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once your return has passed inspection, refunds are promptly issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.

Items Arriving Damaged or Incorrect

If your furniture arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, please inform our delivery team immediately and contact our customer support at your earliest convenience. We prioritize quickly resolving such issues, offering appropriate remedies including repairs, replacements, or refunds.

Customer Pickup Items

For items picked up directly from our warehouse, please carefully inspect your furniture before leaving. Once accepted, Fairlead Outdoor is not responsible for subsequent damage or issues related to transportation or handling after pickup.
