Return Pickup Fees

To maintain our high standards and competitive pricing, return shipping costs apply as follows: 

South Florida Local (Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach Counties & Florida Keys): FREE
Florida Regional: $399
Nationwide (Continental U.S.): $499

Conditions

Returned items must be in like-new condition with normal wear and tear. We inspect every return upon arrival. If an item shows significant damage beyond normal use, we reserve the right to apply a fee proportional to the loss of value. In cases where damage significantly affects resale, we may be unable to accept the return.

Refunds

Once your return passes inspection, refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your furniture arrives damaged or incorrect, let the delivery team know immediately and contact us right away. We'll prioritize a repair, replacement, or refund based on whatever resolves it fastest.
