Shipping policy

Delivery options
Every order ships from our warehouse in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Delivery is priced by area and shown at checkout before you pay. You pay one delivery fee per order.

White Glove
Larger furniture is delivered at a scheduled appointment, carried in, placed where you want it and assembled. We take the packaging away.

Threshold
Folding furniture and bistro sets are delivered to your curb, driveway or building lobby. Unboxing and placement are up to you.

Parcel
Rugs, covers and other small items ship by UPS or FedEx and arrive boxed at your door.

Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and the Florida Keys
In-stock orders arrive in 5 to 7 business days. Delivery is free on every order.

Rest of Florida, except the Panhandle
In-stock orders arrive in 1 to 2 weeks. White Glove is $399 per order. Threshold is $149.

The Panhandle and the rest of the continental US
In-stock orders arrive in 4 to 8 weeks. White Glove is $999 per order. Threshold is $299.

Rugs and covers
Ship free everywhere by Parcel.

Mixed orders
Rugs and covers may ship separately and usually arrive first. Furniture comes in one delivery appointment whenever possible. If your order includes White Glove pieces, that is the only delivery fee.

Islands
We deliver to any address reachable by road. For islands reached only by boat, we deliver to the mainland dock or marina you choose.

Warehouse pickup
Free pickup is available at our warehouse in Deerfield Beach, FL, with 48 hours’ notice. Please bring a suitable vehicle and help to load.

Returns
Every order comes with a 45-day home trial. Return terms and pickup fees are in our Refund policy.

Before delivery
Give us your full address, phone number and any delivery instructions at checkout. If your building needs an elevator reservation or a certificate of insurance, tell us in advance. We are not responsible for delays or extra fees caused by incomplete or incorrect information.

When it arrives
Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, tell the delivery team right away and contact us at delivery@fairleadoutdoor.com or (305) 306-1058.
