Delivery Services

Standard Parcel Delivery
Small items such as pillows, rugs, covers, and care products ship via UPS or FedEx and arrive boxed at your doorstep.

Threshold Delivery
Selected compact furniture pieces and bistro sets ship securely to your curbside, driveway, or building lobby. Customers handle unboxing, placement, and any simple assembly.

Signature White Glove Delivery
Larger furniture and featured items are delivered inside your home with scheduled appointments. This premium service includes placement in your space, professional assembly, and packaging removal.

(Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach counties, and the Florida Keys)
Delivery within approximately 5–7 business days for in-stock furniture.
Signature White Glove Delivery is complimentary for furniture orders above $2,000. Delivery charges for smaller orders are clearly displayed at checkout.

Florida Regional
(Other areas of Florida)
Delivery within approximately 1–2 weeks for in-stock furniture.
Signature White Glove Delivery is complimentary for furniture orders above $3,000. Delivery charges for smaller orders are clearly displayed at checkout.

Nationwide Delivery

Delivery within approximately 2–4 weeks for in-stock furniture.

Mixed Orders (Furniture + Small Items)

Furniture and smaller items may ship separately. Small items typically arrive via parcel delivery ahead of furniture deliveries, which require scheduling. We always strive to consolidate furniture items into a single convenient delivery appointment.

Warehouse Pickup

Free warehouse pickup is available in Deerfield Beach, FL, with 48 hours’ advance notice. Please arrive with adequate transportation and assistance to load your furniture.

Simple Returns

We want you to love your furniture, but if something isn't quite right, we offer an easy return process within 45 days from delivery for a full refund, provided the items are returned in good faith and meet the conditions outlined in our return policy. Please note that return shipping fees apply as follows:

  • South Florida: $299 return fee

  • Rest of Florida: $399 return fee

  • Nationwide: $499 return fee

Simply initiate your return within the 45-day period, and we'll help coordinate every step.

Smooth Delivery, Every Time

To ensure your delivery experience is smooth:

  • Please provide complete and accurate shipping details, including address, contact information, and any specific delivery instructions.

  • Inform us in advance if your location has special requirements such as elevator reservations or Certificates of Insurance.

Fairlead Outdoor is not responsible for delays or additional fees resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.
