Delivery options and fees vary by item and location and are shown at checkout. We deliver throughout Florida and nationwide, with complimentary white-glove service for larger orders.

Standard Parcel
- Pillows, rugs, covers, and care products ship via UPS or FedEx and arrive boxed at your door. No appointment needed.
Threshold Delivery
- Compact, folding furniture and bistro sets are delivered to your curbside, driveway, or building lobby.
- An adult must be present. Assembly is not included.
Signature White Glove Delivery
- Larger furniture is delivered and placed exactly where you want it, fully assembled, with all packaging removed.
- Scheduled appointment required.

Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach Counties & Florida Keys.
- In-stock furniture delivered within 5–7 business days.
- Delivery and return pickup are complimentary on all orders in South Florida — no minimum required.
Florida Regional
Other areas of Florida.
- In-stock furniture delivered within 1–2 weeks.
- Signature White Glove is complimentary on furniture orders above $3,000.
- Return pickup fee: $399.
Nationwide Delivery
Continental U.S.
- In-stock furniture delivered within 2–4 weeks.
- Return pickup fee: $499.

Mixed Orders

Furniture and smaller items may ship separately. Small items typically arrive first via parcel. We consolidate furniture items into a single delivery appointment whenever possible. You'll receive tracking updates for each shipment.

Returns

We want you to love your furniture. If something isn't right, return it within 45 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked, as long as items are in good faith condition per our return policy.

Florida Regional: $399
Nationwide: $499
Original delivery fees are non-refundable.

Small items return free via prepaid UPS or FedEx label.

Provide accurate delivery details including any elevator reservations or building requirements at the time of order. Fairlead Outdoor is not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete information.
