Yes. Larger furniture is delivered at a scheduled time, carried in, placed where you want it and assembled, and we take the packaging away. Folding pieces and bistro sets come by Threshold delivery, and small items ship by Parcel.

In-stock orders arrive in 5 to 7 business days in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and the Florida Keys, 1 to 2 weeks elsewhere in Florida, and 4 to 8 weeks in the rest of the continental US.

Delivery is free in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and the Florida Keys. Elsewhere in Florida, White Glove is $399 and Threshold is $149. In the Panhandle and the rest of the continental US, White Glove is $999 and Threshold is $299. Rugs and covers ship free everywhere. You pay one delivery fee per order.

Yes. Every order comes with a 45-day home trial. If a piece isn’t right for your space, return it in like-new condition within 45 days of delivery. Return pickup is free in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and the Florida Keys. Elsewhere it costs the same as delivery to your address. Rugs and covers return free with a prepaid label. Original delivery fees aren’t refunded. If anything arrives damaged or defective, we repair or replace it.

Sunbrella solution-dyed acrylic over open-cell quick-dry foam. Water drains through the foam, so cushions air-dry after rain. The covers come off for washing.

Yes. We offer tailored covers for several of our pieces. They are UV-resistant and help extend the life of your furniture and cushions. Covers should only be used on dry furniture.

Left untreated, it weathers to silver-gray. A yearly coat of teak protector keeps the original color. Either is fine for the wood.

Grade-A teak is cut from the heartwood, the dense center of the tree, where the natural oils are. Lower grades include sapwood, the outer layer, which has none of those oils and is what makes them cheaper. All of our teak is Grade-A heartwood.

Yes. Our teak is plantation-grown in Central Java and exported under Indonesia’s timber legality certification (SVLK).

Teak is a natural material and minor surface cracks called checking can appear as the wood adjusts to outdoor conditions. These are cosmetic and do not affect the strength or lifespan of the furniture. If you ever have concerns, send us a photo and we will gladly take a look and advise.

We carry a curated range and keep all of it in stock in South Florida. The furniture is solid Grade-A teak, the cushions are Sunbrella, and every product page lists exact sizes and materials.
