Product & Material Care

We focus on a small number of high-quality collections, designed in Miami and built using marine-grade materials that thrive in tropical climates. Our pricing reflects a direct-to-customer model—no showy markup, no long waits. We hold local inventory so you can receive your furniture within days, not months.

Grade-A teak comes from the mature heartwood of the tree and is naturally high in oil and density. It’s more stable, weather-resistant, and longer-lasting than lower grades, which include sapwood and outer layers prone to warping and discoloration. All of our teak is certified Grade-A, kiln-dried, and selected for maximum durability in tropical climates.

Yes. All of our teak is responsibly sourced from certified plantations in Central Java. We only use Grade-A heartwood, never sapwood or veneers. Our partners follow strict sustainability and labor standards, which we verify personally.

We use high-density foam cores wrapped in Dacron, covered with solution-dyed outdoor performance fabrics from trusted brands like Sunbrella or Agora. These fabrics resist fading, mildew, and abrasion and are suitable for high-exposure outdoor use.

Our cushions are wrapped in weather-resistant performance fabrics and quick-dry foam, but no cushion is invincible. In areas with heavy rain or long periods of humidity, we recommend storing cushions when not in use or using breathable covers. For condo balconies or small spaces, we offer stylish storage solutions.

Our woven elements are made from marine-grade polyolefin rope or outdoor wicker. Regular cleaning with a soft brush and mild soap prevents dirt buildup. Avoid pressure washing, which can damage the weave. In salt-air environments, rinse with fresh water every few months.

Yes. Our frames, hardware, and finishes are selected for coastal performance. Powder-coated aluminum and Grade-A teak hold up well in these environments. We recommend periodic rinsing and a protective wax on metal surfaces to maintain their appearance.

Yes, we offer tailored all-weather covers for most of our collections. These are breathable, UV-resistant, and help prolong the life of your furniture and cushions. For ongoing maintenance, we recommend covers but emphasize proper use. Never cover wet furniture.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer limited customizations depending on the collection and materials involved. If you’re furnishing a unique space or need to match existing finishes, contact our team. We can explore custom cushion colors, teak finishes, or layout configurations suited to your space.

We’re based in South Florida and work by appointment from our Miami studio. Reach out and we’ll coordinate a visit. For trade clients or larger orders, we also offer in-home consultations.

Yes. With white glove delivery, your furniture will be delivered to the room or outdoor space of your choice, fully unpacked and assembled. We’ll remove all packaging so you can start enjoying your pieces right away.

In-stock pieces are usually delivered within 5–7 days in South Florida. If a collection is on preorder, the estimated availability will be clearly shown. For large or custom orders, lead time varies and we’ll coordinate scheduling directly with you.

Yes. Delivery options vary based on location and order size. For areas outside our white-glove service zone, we offer curbside or threshold delivery and can help coordinate third-party placement if needed.

We currently offer payment in full at checkout, but installment options are coming soon. If you’re furnishing a full space or placing a large order, contact us and we may be able to assist with staged payments.

Customer Support

Teak is a living material, and minor cracks or “checking” are natural as the wood adjusts to outdoor conditions. These do not affect the strength or lifespan of the piece. If you’re unsure whether a crack is cosmetic or structural, send us a photo and we’ll assess and advise accordingly.

We accept returns within 45 days of delivery for eligible items in new condition. Custom orders are final sale. If something arrives damaged or defective, we’ll make it right with a replacement or repair at no cost.

No. We offer complimentary consultations by phone, video, or in person (in South Florida). Whether you’re furnishing a balcony, terrace, or pool deck, our team will guide you through selections that suit your space, light, and lifestyle.

Yes. We often work with homeowners who split time between homes or want their outdoor spaces set up and ready before arrival. We can coordinate delivery, setup, and even storage solutions depending on your timeline.
