5-year structural warranty
Every furniture frame carries a 5-year warranty against structural defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal residential use.
What’s covered
- Structural integrity of the frame [teak, aluminum]
- Joinery and craftsmanship
- [Manufacturing defects in hardware]
What’s not covered
- Normal wear, including fabric fading, cushion settling and surface weathering
- Damage from misuse, improper care or improper storage
- Damage from hurricanes, named storms, floods or other severe weather. Secure or bring furniture inside before a storm. Homeowner’s insurance is the route for storm damage.
- Commercial or rental use
Making a claim
Email hello@fairleadoutdoor.com within the warranty period with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and describe what happened. We review every claim and will repair the piece, replace it, or refund the original purchase price.
