Yes. Our Signature White Glove Delivery includes scheduled in‑home placement, professional assembly, and removal of all packaging so your furniture is ready to enjoy immediately.
Can I leave the cushions outside year‑round?
Our cushions use weather‑resistant fabrics and quick‑dry foam, but even the best outdoor materials benefit from care. During long periods of rain or heavy humidity we recommend storing cushions indoors or using our breathable protective covers.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. We offer a 45‑day home trial. If your purchase is not right for your space, you can return eligible items in new condition within 45 days of delivery. Custom and outlet items are final sale. If something arrives damaged or defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
Can I use your furniture near a saltwater pool or oceanfront?
Yes. Our frames, hardware, and finishes are selected specifically for coastal performance. Grade‑A teak and powder‑coated aluminum perform very well in salt environments. Occasional rinsing with fresh water and applying a protective wax on metal surfaces will help maintain appearance.
Is your teak FSC certified?
Yes. Our teak is responsibly sourced from certified plantations in Central Java. We use only Grade‑A heartwood and verify that our partners follow strict sustainability and labor standards.
